A one night's reservation requires full payment in advance. Two or more night's reservation requires a 50% deposit. Deposits are due within 10 days of booking; the balance is due 30 days prior to 1st night's reservations date.

Motel Cancellations
Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to 1st night's reservation date in order to be guaranteed a refund.
